Chattie is a software product that allows ecommerce brands to create communities. Customers of the brand can join these communities through Chattie's mobile app. Customers can be a member of many communities through the Chattie mobile app.

This privacy policy explains how Chattie collects, uses, and shares your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will always treat your information with respect.

What Information Do We Collect?
When you use Chattie, we collect the following information from you:
• Your name, email address and phone number. We need this information to create your account and to send you updates about your account and the communities you are a member of.
• Your device information. We collect this information to help us improve the Chattie app and to troubleshoot any problems you may have.
• Your IP address. We collect this information to help us track the number of visitors to Chattie and to help us prevent fraud.
• Your chat messages. We collect your chat messages to help you communicate with other members of the communities you are a member of.
• Your location data. We collect your location data to help you find communities that are near you.
• Other data you share in Chattie communities (e.g., Poll Data, Survey Data)

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
